FAQs

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your shipping label is created and tracking will begin to update within 24-48 hours.

In response to COVID-19 and its impact on businesses, orders may experience extended processing and delivery times. If you have any questions about your order, please send us an email at [email protected].

HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?

All items are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. This includes tracking and you can expect domestic packages to arrive within 3-5 days of shipping.

Keep in mind that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may extend to 10-14 business days. Please reach out to us if you have not received your items after 10 business days and we will respond within 24 hours.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

It is rare, but unavoidable, when the occasional order arrives damaged. In this case, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item so we can send you a replacement package. Send us an email with your name, order number, and a picture or video of the damaged item and we will get a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we do not ship internationally through the website, but please reach out to us via email for a custom shipping quote.

REFUNDS

You have 14 days to contact us if something is wrong with your order so we can assist with resolving any issues. If 14 days have gone by since your order was marked delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

RETURNS

Items that can not be returned:

  • Embroideries

  • Any original artwork pieces (they will be labeled as such on the listing)

  • Any open or used items, prints, or sticker packs

  • Commissioned pieces

For all other items, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer will pay for the shipping on a return. There may be situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds usually take within 1-7 business days to appear back on your bank statement, this timeframe is based on your specific bank institution. Once the refund is issued, we do not have control over how long it takes for you to receive your payment back.

If we have issued you a refund and you don't see it after 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays), contact your bank to see if they are able to help locate it further. 

EXCHANGES

We only replace or exchange items if they are lost, defective, or damaged.
